Does it work across Australia?
Yes. Anywhere WhatsApp works, Quickler works, from metro depots to remote regional sites. See how the same approach runs in any country.
Australian field firms cover long distances, dispersed sites and crews who work from a ute rather than a desk. Quickler runs your inspections, checklists and certificates over WhatsApp, on the phone every worker already carries, and turns each job into a clean, structured digital record. No app to install. No per-user fee.
The output
The point of Quickler is the record it produces. As a worker answers, the job builds into a live, machine-readable record on a manager dashboard, with every item carried through to a red, amber or green fault status. A supervisor in Perth can see what a crew in regional Queensland found without phoning anyone or waiting for someone to get back to depot.
The PDF is the convenience, not the product. The structured record is what lets you track, search and act on field work across a large country.
How it runs
A worker opens WhatsApp and answers each question in turn, by typing, sending a voice note or attaching a photo. There is nothing to download, no login to remember and no training session before someone can start. That matters where labour is mobile, subcontracted and spread across remote sites with patchy signal.
Because there is no software to roll out, a new crew member or a one-day subcontractor can complete a compliant job on their first shift.
Any job shape
Quickler is job-agnostic. It is not an electrical tool or a gas tool with everything else bolted on. Upload the inspection, checklist or certificate your business already runs on, and Quickler builds it into a WhatsApp workflow that asks the right questions in the right order.
Built anywhere
Quickler grew out of UK compliance work such as EICRs, CP12 gas records and fleet van checks, so the rigour is baked in. It is built to work anywhere WhatsApp does, and it is used across markets including the UK and beyond. The same engine that runs a British inspection runs an Australian facilities round.
Data is hosted on EU servers in Germany and the platform is GDPR-aligned. Workflows run in English today, with more languages on the roadmap. Pricing is in GBP, with EUR and USD available on request.
