Why only active users

Most inspection software charges for every seat whether the person touches it or not. Quickler charges only for people who actually produced a report that month. Add your whole team; the ones who did not work that month cost nothing.

If an account runs far above that, month after month, we will get in touch to find a plan that fits. We will not cut you off and we will not charge you by surprise. What is included on a paid account
- Only pay for active users. A person who did not produce a report that month costs nothing.
- Unlimited reports and photos. No caps on paid accounts.
- Unlimited workflows. Run EICR, CP12, van checks, site reports and any custom inspection on the same account.
- Human sign-off. The accountable person reviews and edits every draft before it is finalised.
- Evidence kept with the job. Photos, voice notes and measurements stay attached to the record they belong to.
- The web report is the record. Every finished report is a shareable web record; PDF export is available whenever you need a file.
