Website Terms

These terms govern your use of quickler.co. They are basic website terms, not a full product or pilot agreement. The company number will be added here once it is available.

Using the site

You may browse the site and contact Quickler for legitimate business purposes. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use the contact form for spam, abusive messages, or unlawful content.

Information on the site

The site is intended to give a clear overview of Quickler's product, case studies, and approach. Reasonable efforts are made to keep it accurate, but the content is provided for general information only and should not be treated as legal, financial, or professional advice.

No contract from website use alone

Sending an enquiry or having an initial discussion does not by itself create a client relationship, a duty to take on work, or a binding contract. Any actual project work should be confirmed separately in writing.

If Quickler Reports or another product workflow is later offered through messaging channels, uploads, or subscriptions, that use may also be subject to separate product-specific terms.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content on this site, including text, layout, branding, graphics, and case study material, belongs to Quickler or is used with permission. You may view it for your own internal reference, but you may not copy, republish, or reuse it in a misleading or commercial way without permission.

Third-party services and links

The site may link to third-party sites or rely on third-party services such as GitHub Pages, Formspree, and Google Analytics. Quickler is not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party sites.

Availability and liability

The site is provided on an as-is basis. Quickler does not guarantee that the site will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quickler excludes liability for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the site or reliance on its contents.

Privacy

Use of the site is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how enquiry data and website data are handled.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any dispute relating to them should be dealt with by the Scottish courts unless another forum is required by law.
