quickler Workflows
EICR, gas safety, van checks, site reports.
Engineers answer on WhatsApp. Quickler turns replies and photos into a dashboard record with a timestamped audit trail. No app, and dormant users are free.
Free forever: 20 reports a month. No card, no trial clock.
How it works
Three steps from site to finished web report.
- 1
Capture on site
Staff send text, voice notes, photos and measurements to a workflow number while on site, not after they get back to the desk.
- 2
Extract structure
Quickler reads the messages, recognises the workflow you configured, and slots the content into the correct report structure.
- 3
Get the web report
A finished, structured web report, ready the moment they submit. Share the link on demand. Evidence stays stored alongside so the record stands up later.
See it work
A site safety check, start to finish.
Watch a site safety inspection run over WhatsApp and become a finished report.
What you get
What you actually get.
WhatsApp capture on site, templates per workflow, extraction tuned to the job, human sign-off, evidence kept with the record, and a shareable web report with optional PDF export, on simple monthly pricing.

Three steps from site to finished web report
1. Capture on site
Staff send text, voice notes, photos, and measurements to a workflow number while they are on site, not after they get back to the desk.
2. Sort the facts into the right structure
Quickler reads the messages, recognises the workflow you configured, and slots the content into the correct report, record, or template structure.
3. Finished web report
Produce a finished, structured web report, ready the moment the engineer submits, with a shareable link. A PDF or document export is available as a secondary convenience when a file is needed. Store the evidence alongside it so the record stands up later. The responsible person can review and sign off before anything is shared.
What you actually get
- WhatsApp input on site. Staff can send text, voice notes, photos, and measurements from a tool they already use.
- Templates for each workflow. Each workflow is shaped around the report, record, or admin pack you already produce.
- AI tuned to the job. The system pulls facts into the right structure instead of behaving like a generic chatbot.
- Human sign-off stays in place. The accountable person reviews and edits the draft before anything is finalised.
- Files stay with the job. Photos, voice notes, measurements, and other files stay attached to the record they belong to.
- Finished web reports. The output is a structured web report with a shareable link, ready to send, view, or store. A PDF export is available when a file is needed.
- Simple monthly pricing. 20 pounds per active user per month, and dormant users are free. Unlimited reports, photos, messages and workflows on paid. Only pay for who works, no setup fee, billed monthly in arrears by UK Direct Debit.
- Direct contact with the founder. While the product is still early, rollout and feedback stay close to the person building it.
Where quickler fits best
Repeated workflows with a stable shape
Inspection reports, survey summaries, maintenance visit reports, site investigation records, QA packs, approval flows, and repeated document handling.
No stable pattern
If every case is materially different, or review and repeated structure are barely part of the job, this is probably not the right first fit.
One real workflow, one real example
The best enquiries describe one workflow, how often it happens, what gets captured during the job, and what should improve.
