Easier edits and tidier PDFs
3 November 2026- If you delete a Record by mistake, you now get an Undo note and can bring it back.
- Download all your data and get a link by email, so you do not have to wait on the page.
- Contacts are easier to manage: Edit and History sit in one bar, and Delete and Save are in the pop-up.
- The Records page has a search box for titles once you have more than ten Records.
- PDFs draw groups of answers in neat boxes, and you can show several Usual answer pictures on a question.
- A Fault is never saved cut off with dots, and the walk's own location is not swapped for an old Usual answer.
Usual answers and clearer Records
21 October 2026- A question can have a Usual answer. It fills in the Record and prints after the answer.
- A photo you caption now goes on the question your words describe.
- The Record page, the Word file and the Link say each sentence once.
- Every word beside an answer on the Record can be edited.
- WhatsApp messages are shorter and end with just how to finish.
- Questions with blank sub-questions are now counted properly in the score.
Better photos and Word reports
12 October 2026- Times in reports are shown in UK time, for example 9.08 a.m.
- Each photo on a Fault is sorted as a Fault photo or an OK photo.
- When you give a Fault a rating, it is kept as you said it.
- Your own template's words are kept as they are in the Formal report editor.
- The To do list uses only what the person said on the job.
- The More button looks the same on every page.
Landscape PDFs and quicker pages
5 October 2026- PDFs are now landscape, smaller, with photos as small tiles and no cover page.
- Signatures are drawn the same in the PDF as on the Record.
- Records and photos load faster, and the sign-in page no longer reloads on its own.
- After a photo, Quickler waits for 30 seconds of quiet and then gives you the count.
- A Fault said on a Yes/No question stays on that question.
Edit right in the row
30 September 2026- Click the words on a Record to edit them in the row, with no pop-up.
- Drag photos in and out of a question. You can delete a photo and bring it back.
- A deleted photo is left off the PDF and the shared page.
- Each question can be in the score or left out, and you can choose how silence counts.
- The WhatsApp list shows a big green tick and a red cross, and is never split.
- The billing page shows the real due date and every invoice you have paid.
Your Check can have its own logo
24 September 2026- A Check can have its own logo at the top of its PDF and shared pages.
- You can write answers as points or as a paragraph, and make words bold.
- Each To do line can be reworded.
- Photos are turned upright and placed on the question they show.
- A pencil on the location card lets you set where the work was.
- After you say Done, Quickler listens to every voice note again and tells the speakers apart.
Long voice notes and a simpler list
17 September 2026- A voice note can be ten minutes long. Quickler says it is working on it while it listens.
- Saying done now gets a reply to say your Record is filed.
- Every Record gets a title.
- The Records page is one list with the newest first.
- A failed photo now says so, and does not just vanish.
A tidier Records page
8 September 2026- The workbook download is now an Excel file with one row per Fault, and it says which walk each came from.
- Shareable links say View-only.
- The shared report fits a narrow phone screen.
- A place with several things wrong with it is shown once.
- A building's history is one click away.
- Downloads now have proper names.
People in one place
25 August 2026- All your people are now in one list, with their role shown on each row.
- Voice notes are kept so you can listen to them again next to the transcript.
- The shared page says Completed by.
- Pop-ups no longer have a Cancel button, because the cross already closes them.
- A Record is checked once more before it is filed, so Faults match the answers.
Small wording fixes
19 August 2026- The opener now tells you to say restart if you want to begin a Check again.
- Messages use plainer words.
- Behind-the-scenes fixes.
