What Quickler does
Your report. Written by the people
who did the walk.
Your team answers in WhatsApp as they go. Quickler reads every message, photo and voice note, works out what was found, and fills in the report your firm already sends. Not a generic template. Your document, with your styles, your headings, your footer.
Free forever: 20 reports a month. No card, no trial clock.
The difference
Send us the report you already write.
Most inspection apps give you their report. You get a layout that is nearly right, then you rebuild it at the desk anyway. Quickler works the other way round: upload the finished report your firm sends to clients, and every record comes back in that document. Styles, headings, tables, headers, footers and your logo, kept. Word or PDF, and a photo of a report works too. Quickler reads a finished report, not a blank form, so it can tell your standing wording from one visit's facts and put each record's words where yours were.
On site
Nothing to install. Nothing to learn.
- 1
WhatsApp, or Telegram
Questions arrive in the app already on their phone. You choose which app per person. Nothing to install, no login, no training.
- 2
Talk, type, photograph
Text, voice note, photo, document or a location pin. Voice notes are transcribed, thick accents included, and the words your trade uses are taught to the transcriber so they come out right.
- 3
Say done
Nothing files until they say so. Lost signal underground, then twenty messages arriving at once in the wrong order, is handled as one walk.
Building a check
Built from the form you already use.
Your form becomes the questions
Word, PDF, Excel, OpenDocument, a photo of a paper form. Quickler reads it and writes the questions. A scanned PDF with no text in it is read as a picture rather than rejected.
Question typesThirteen kinds of answer
Yes/No, written answer, number, date, time, photo, signature, graded word scales, location, weather, options, voice, and repeating tables for a row per item.
ScaleLong assessments are normal
A live fire risk assessment check runs to over 380 questions, nested seven levels deep where the detail needs it. A record holds up to 250 photos and 50 documents.
Your wordingThe sentences your firm always writes
Upload the paragraphs you reuse. Say which one belongs to which kind of fault, and it is placed only when the walk actually says so.
Usual answersStanding answers, learned from you
The lines that are true every visit print every visit, and a fact from the walk that contradicts one wins. Suggested from your own past reports, only where three or more agree.
SumsFigures worked out, not asked
Twelve kinds, including date arithmetic for a review due a year on. Your figure always prints; the calculated one goes in the note if they differ.
After they have gone
The write-up happens without you.
Once the walk ends, Quickler rebuilds every answer from the whole conversation: each message, each photo, each document, the pin and the times. Three independent reads vote, and the one carrying the most of what was actually said wins. Nothing is dropped, so a question that takes one value still keeps everything else that was said about it in its note. Faults are listed with their place. Every fault becomes a job on the to-do list, written as a job rather than the fault copied out.
The part that matters
It does not make things up.
Every name, number and identifier written on a record has to stand in something that was actually said, sent or photographed. Where two answers disagree, or a date reads two ways, Quickler does not pick one quietly: it raises it as something for you to settle, quoting the words it heard and the time they were said. A plan to fix something is kept as a note, never recorded as the answer. Nothing files itself because every question happens to have been answered. Somebody says done, or it waits.
What you get back
Every format, without asking.
The report your clients expect
Your own layout filled in, as Word or PDF, with photos sitting in the box they belong to and a table with a row per fault.
WebA link, live on filing
A shareable page the moment the record files. No login for whoever opens it, and it expires after 30 days.
FilesPDF, Word, Excel, CSV, web page
Download any record yourself, any time. No request, no waiting.
BulkEverything, as a zip
A whole check, one person's records, or a place's history, each record in its own folder with all of its files.
Action planA row per fault, with the job
Each fault carries its own job, priority and timescale into the table at the back of the report.
DigestA weekly summary, emailed
A traffic light per place, on whatever cadence you set, so managers see the picture without opening anything.
Running it
The admin that usually eats a morning.
- 1
Schedules
A check repeats every few days, weeks or months, on the weekdays or dates you choose, at a time you set. Or send one to someone this second.
- 2
Reminders and chases
Anyone who has not answered is reminded, then chased, on your timing. Managers are told when a chase actually goes out.
- 3
Memory between visits
Open faults from last time come back up on the next walk, with a count of how often they have been raised.
Also included
On every paid account.
No add-on pricing, no module to buy.
What it is not
The honest boundary.
Quickler is the capture and write-up layer. It is not a care records system, an eMAR or a clinical record, and it holds no resident's care plan. It is not job management: no scheduling of work, no invoicing, no dispatch. It does not replace a competent person's assessment, a statutory examination, or the registration a certificate requires. The accountable person still reviews and signs off. What it replaces is the evening spent turning notes and photographs into the document you were always going to send.
