Approval routing by email, approver signature handling, branded PDF generation, and status tracking were added so the workflow could move from pending to approved or denied without disappearing into inboxes.

Paperless indexing links, history cloning, and setup automation were also integrated so new environments could start quickly with minimal manual steps.
