Sales data restructuring

Sales data was trapped in 43,000 formulas across multiple spreadsheets, to the point that most staff stopped using the reporting because it was too hard to interpret reliably.

quickler rebuilt the underlying data structure and moved calculations into Looker Studio so non-technical staff could filter and understand performance quickly.

The result was roughly two hours saved every week and a reporting setup people could actually use instead of avoid.
