Quickler grew out of UK compliance work: electrical condition reports, gas certificates, van and plant checks. Ireland shares the working language, a close regulatory tradition and a steady flow of cross-border contractors, so the move across the Irish Sea is short.

For a firm carrying out general-level site safety in the HSA sense, the same structure applies:

• Capture the hazard, the check and the corrective action in order.
• Attach a photo or voice note where a written line is not enough.
• Keep a dated, named record you can produce when asked.

Inside the EU, under GDPR

Because Ireland is an EU member, data residency matters and is easy to answer here. Quickler hosts every inspection record on EU servers in Germany and handles it in line with GDPR. Nothing leaves the bloc.

That means an Irish operations manager can keep personal data, site addresses and worker names within the EU by default, without bolt-on agreements or a separate region. The hosting position is the same one we give every EU customer.

Pricing is set in GBP, with EUR available on request, so an Irish quote can be issued in euro without friction.

The output is a clean, structured digital record: live, machine-readable and sitting on a manager dashboard with fault status colour-coded by severity. You can sort, filter and follow up on faults without opening a single file.

When a document is genuinely needed, a PDF exports from that record in a click. The record comes first; the PDF is the convenience.

Yes. It runs anywhere WhatsApp does. Workflows are in English, pricing is available in EUR on request, and records are held on EU servers under GDPR.

Where is my data stored?

On EU servers in Germany, handled in line with GDPR. Nothing leaves the EU, which keeps the data residency answer simple for Irish firms.

Can I use my own forms?

Yes. Quickler is job-agnostic. Upload any inspection, safety or certificate form and we build it into a WhatsApp workflow, whatever the trade.

Do workers install an app?

No app. And you only pay for active users. Each worker answers inside WhatsApp by text, voice note or photo on the phone they already carry.

Is it an official HSA product?

No. Quickler is independent, not an official product of the Health and Safety Authority or any regulator. You choose which forms and standards your workflows follow.
