General-level site checks
Daily site safety walks, toolbox-talk confirmations, scaffold and access checks. The worker answers on WhatsApp; the dashboard shows red, amber and green at a glance.
Irish field teams run inspections, safety checks and certificates the way they already communicate: over WhatsApp. No app to install, no per-user fee, and a clean structured record on every job. Data sits on EU servers, in line with GDPR, with the same compliance roots that built the tool across the water.
Why it fits Ireland
Quickler grew out of UK compliance work: electrical condition reports, gas certificates, van and plant checks. Ireland shares the working language, a close regulatory tradition and a steady flow of cross-border contractors, so the move across the Irish Sea is short.
For a firm carrying out general-level site safety in the HSA sense, the same structure applies:
Workflows run in English today, with more languages on the roadmap.
Data and hosting
Because Ireland is an EU member, data residency matters and is easy to answer here. Quickler hosts every inspection record on EU servers in Germany and handles it in line with GDPR. Nothing leaves the bloc.
That means an Irish operations manager can keep personal data, site addresses and worker names within the EU by default, without bolt-on agreements or a separate region. The hosting position is the same one we give every EU customer.
Pricing is set in GBP, with EUR available on request, so an Irish quote can be issued in euro without friction.
One tool, any job
Daily site safety walks, toolbox-talk confirmations, scaffold and access checks. The worker answers on WhatsApp; the dashboard shows red, amber and green at a glance.
Condition reports, appliance checks and plant servicing. Upload your own form and Quickler turns it into a guided workflow that produces a structured record, with PDF export when a certificate is needed.
Pre-use van checks, plant inspections and lone-worker confirmations. Every entry is dated and named, so the audit trail builds itself as the day runs.
What you get
The output is a clean, structured digital record: live, machine-readable and sitting on a manager dashboard with fault status colour-coded by severity. You can sort, filter and follow up on faults without opening a single file.
When a document is genuinely needed, a PDF exports from that record in a click. The record comes first; the PDF is the convenience.

Getting started
There is nothing for your field workers to download. Send them a WhatsApp number, give them the first job, and the workflow walks them through it by question, voice note and photo.
To set up, you send us the forms you already use. We build them into workflows and you check them before they go live.
Read the guides for setup detail, or get in touch to talk through an Irish rollout.
