Is quickler a care records or eMAR system?

No, and we are honest about that. Quickler is not a care records, eMAR or clinical system, and it does not replace one. It is the audit and evidence layer that captures your checks and inspections, so it sits alongside your care records system rather than replacing it.

What checks can it run for a care home?

Anything you structure as a workflow: daily environment checks, maintenance and safety walks, cleaning audits, fire-door and equipment checks, and incident capture with photos. Staff complete them in WhatsApp with no app and no login. The finished record lands in the dashboard.

Does it satisfy CQC or the Care Inspectorate?

Quickler gives you clean, dated, photo-backed evidence that your checks were done, which is what inspectors want to see. It does not award or guarantee any rating, and we make no compliance claim on your behalf. Whether your specific evidence satisfies a regulator is a judgement for you and your inspector.

Who owns the data?

You do. Under UK GDPR you are the data controller and quickler is your processor, acting on your instructions. You can ask us to erase records by emailing hello@quickler.co.

Is resident data safe?

We handle data under UK GDPR as your processor, and you decide what your workflows capture. We would always encourage keeping identifiable resident detail to the minimum a check actually needs. Erasure is available on request to hello@quickler.co.
