What the engineer sees
A normal WhatsApp chat.
When you send a workflow, they get a friendly intro and reply YES to start. Questions arrive one at a time. They answer with text, numbers, photos, or voice notes. When finished, the report is generated and emailed to you.
Removing and seats
Remove anyone, keep the records.
Click the cross next to a name to remove them. Active runs finish but no new ones can be sent, and historical data is kept so reports stay complete. Each plan caps active engineers; the dashboard shows seats remaining. To add more, upgrade your plan.
