Signup to sending

    Sign up and name your firm

    Enter your work email at app.quickler.co for a magic link. First login lands on a blank dashboard. Set your trading name, which appears on every report.

    Build a workflow

    A workflow is a set of questions plus the report they produce. A good first one has 4 to 6 questions: job reference, location, photos, issues found, sign-off.

  3. 3

    Add an engineer and send

    Add an engineer by name and mobile number. They get a WhatsApp intro. Once they reply, send the workflow. When done, Quickler generates a structured web report and emails it to you.

Your first week

Start small, then grow

Day 1: sign up, name the firm, build one workflow, add one engineer. Day 2 to 3: run the workflow on a real job and adjust questions based on the PDF. Day 4 onwards: add more engineers and upgrade if needed.

1. Sign up

Go to app.quickler.co and enter your work email. You'll receive a magic link (no password). It works once, for 15 minutes.

2. Name your firm

First login lands you on a blank dashboard. Click Change name and enter your trading name. This appears on every report.

3. Build a workflow

A workflow is a set of questions plus the report they produce. Click Build a workflow and follow the prompts.

A good first workflow has 4-6 questions: job reference, location, photos, issues found, sign-off. You can change questions later.

4. Add an engineer

Click + Add engineer, enter their name and mobile number. They'll get a WhatsApp message introducing Quickler.

5. Send the workflow

Once the engineer replies, send them the workflow. They answer on WhatsApp. When done, Quickler generates a structured web report and emails it to you.

First week

  • Day 2-3: run the workflow on a real job. Adjust questions based on the PDF.
  • Day 4+: add more engineers, upgrade if needed.
