Free forever
20 reports a month, up to 10 photos per report, unlimited users. No card to start and no trial clock. This is how you try Quickler.

£20 per active user per month. An active user is someone who produced at least one report that month. Dormant users are free. Everything unlimited on paid.
Payment
Direct Debit, no cards stored
You authorise once and we draw monthly in arrears from your bank account. No card numbers are stored. You are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee, so refunds are immediate if anything goes wrong.

Active users
Each month you are charged £20 for each person who produced at least one report. The first active user is always charged, so the minimum is £20 a month.

The £20 minimum
There is always one active user charged to keep your account live, so a paid month is never less than £20 whether or not anyone files a report. Above that, extra people who did not work that month cost nothing.
Cancelling and invoices
Leave whenever you like
Email us to cancel and your subscription ends at the next billing date. Export your data first. Every payment generates an invoice emailed to your primary admin.

The free tier gives you 20 reports a month, up to 10 photos per report, and unlimited users, free forever. On a paid account everything is unlimited: reports, photos, messages and workflows, and you pay £20 for each active user in the months they work.

Above that minimum, anyone who did not produce a report that month costs nothing.
Upgrading from free
When you outgrow the free tier of 20 reports a month, you add a Direct Debit and move to a paid account. Nothing changes about how your team works; the caps simply lift.

Invoices
Every payment generates an invoice emailed to your primary admin. Need a historical one resent? Email support.
