Manage your team.
Your firm can have many people on the dashboard. Each is an admin or a member. Invite, change roles and remove access in a few clicks.
Roles
Admin or member
Both admins and members can view engineers, workflows and submissions. Only admins can add or remove engineers, create or edit workflows, send workflows, manage billing, invite or remove team members, and change another person's role.
Inviting someone
Three steps to invite
- 1
Open Team
Go to the Team section of the dashboard.
- 2
Send the invite
Enter their email address and click Invite.
- 3
They accept
They get an emailed link that expires after 7 days.
Roles and removal
Change or remove access
New members join as admins by default; change their role after they accept via the role toggle. You cannot demote yourself if you are the only admin. Removing someone revokes access immediately, but their historical actions are preserved.
