Pricing model

Field compliance software with no per-user subscription.

Most field compliance and field service tools charge per engineer. Quickler prices per firm — one monthly fee covers every engineer in the chosen tier. This page covers why, and what it costs.

Why per-user pricing is a bad fit for small UK trades firms

Most of the established tools in this space charge per user. That model makes sense for the vendor — every new engineer is incremental cost on the licence, regardless of how much value the firm extracts.

From the small-firm side, the maths is the other way round. The first engineer to use the tool is the one who decides whether it sticks. If each additional engineer adds another per-user charge, the small firm either holds rollout back (defeating the point) or pays per-user for engineers who barely use the tool.

How Quickler is priced

Pay annually for ten per cent off. UK Direct Debit or card. No setup fee.

What that looks like in practice

A 12-engineer M&E contractor pays £140/month on Quickler Business, with all twelve engineers covered and eight workflows included.

A 30-engineer construction firm pays £300/month on Quickler Scale, again flat.

We deliberately avoid quoting other vendors' specific prices here because their tiers and discounts change. Check their own pages for current numbers.

Where Quickler is not the right pick

If you need a full field service management platform — scheduling, dispatching, quoting, invoicing, asset tracking — Quickler is not the right tool. A full field service suite is the right pick when you want one platform to run the whole business. Quickler is for firms whose problem is specifically the compliance-paperwork half.

Frequently asked questions

What if I grow past my tier's engineer count?

Move up a tier. The Team-to-Business jump is £40/month and covers up to twelve engineers. No per-engineer overage charges, no surprise bills.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fee on standard tiers. For bespoke onboarding (custom workflow templates beyond the standard EICR, CP12, van check and structural set), one-off setup is quoted per project.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Sign up at app.quickler.co/signup. The trial covers one live workflow so a real engineer can run a real check and a real PDF comes out the other end. Setup to first live workflow typically takes under a week.

What if we only need it for three months of the year?

Tiers are monthly and you can cancel at any time. Data export on cancellation is supported on request.

Do you do per-engineer pricing if we prefer it?

No. Per-firm is the deliberate model — it removes the disincentive to roll the tool out across the whole team. If you want per-user pricing, iAuditor or SimPro are the right picks; the comparison page explains where each fits.
