Five seats minimum,
before anyone has inspected anything.

Fluix starts at 29 US dollars per user a month and will not sell you fewer than five seats. Step up to Operations and the minimum is fifteen. You are buying licences by the block, whether those people inspect once a month or never. Quickler charges for the people who actually worked, runs in the WhatsApp already on their phone, and fills in the report your firm already sends.

Quickler against Fluix

Three things it does differently.

Your document

It fills in your report, not ours

Upload the finished report your firm already sends, in Word or PDF, or even a photograph of one. Every record comes back inside that document, with your styles, headings, tables, headers, footer and logo kept. Quickler reads a finished report rather than a blank form, so it can tell your standing wording from one visit's facts.

Your bill

You pay for who worked, not who is licensed

£50 per active user a month, where active means more than one check that month. Everyone else is free, and there is no seat block to buy. Fluix starts at five seats on Crews and fifteen on Operations, so a firm with three inspectors still buys five licences. If your whole team inspects most days, a per-seat tool may work out cheaper, and we will say so.

Your team

Nothing to install, nothing to learn

They answer in the WhatsApp already on their phone, or Telegram, chosen per person. No app, no login, no training, no adoption problem. Voice notes are transcribed, thick accents and your trade's words included.

The honest version

Fluix is a capable platform, aimed upmarket.

We are not going to pretend Fluix is weak. It is a mature field-workflow platform with a solid form builder, genuine offline capture, multi-step approvals with e-signature, scheduling, asset records and dashboards. It holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001, which matters if your client's procurement team asks. Its traction is strongest in wind energy, aviation, oil and gas and construction, where documented approval chains are the point. If you need a formal multi-stage sign-off across a large field team, Fluix is built for that and Quickler is not.

Fluix is a field-workflow platform aimed at larger operations: wind energy, aviation, oil and gas, construction. If you are looking for a Fluix alternative UK firms can start small with, the usual reason is the seat minimum.

Here is a fair comparison, including where Fluix is the better tool.

The short version

  • Fluix is a capable, mature field-workflow platform with strong approvals, offline capture, SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001.
  • Pricing is per user with published minimums: five users on Crews at $29, fifteen on Operations at $49, twenty-five on Enterprise.
  • For a firm with three or four inspectors, the minimum is a floor you cannot negotiate under.
  • It is an app with a login, so the usual on-site adoption drop-off applies.
  • Quickler runs in WhatsApp, fills in your own report template, and charges £50 per active user a month with dormant users free.
  • If you need formal multi-stage sign-off across a large field team, Fluix is built for that and Quickler is not.
  • Check Fluix's current pricing before deciding. Ours is the only figure we can state for certain.

Credit where due

What Fluix does well

We are not going to pretend Fluix is weak. It is a mature field-workflow platform with a solid form builder, genuine offline capture, multi-step approvals with e-signature, scheduling, asset records and dashboards. It holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001, which matters if your client's procurement team asks. Its traction is strongest in wind energy, aviation, oil and gas and construction, where documented approval chains are the point. If you need a formal multi-stage sign-off across a large field team, Fluix is built for that and Quickler is not.

The one catch

The minimums are the problem for a smaller firm

Fluix publishes seat minimums rather than hiding them, which is fair of them. Crews is 29 US dollars per user a month with a minimum of five users. Operations is 49 US dollars per user a month with a minimum of fifteen. Enterprise starts at twenty-five.

For a firm with three or four people who inspect, that is a floor you cannot negotiate your way under. You are not paying for use, you are paying for a block of licences. And the second a sixteenth name needs access on Crews, the shape of the bill changes again.

The other thing a seat minimum cannot fix is adoption. Fluix is an app. Every worker installs it and keeps a login alive. For a team out on jobs, that is one more thing to open when hands are full, and the form gets filled in later from memory in the van.
