Four hundred dollars a month,
billed annually, before you start.

TrueContext, the platform formerly called ProntoForms, starts at 400 US dollars a month for the team and is billed annually. Everything above that tier is quote-only. Quickler publishes one price, bills monthly, and charges for the people who actually worked. Your team answers in the WhatsApp already on their phone, and your own report comes back filled in.

Quickler against TrueContext

Three things it does differently.

Your document

It fills in your report, not ours

Upload the finished report your firm already sends, in Word or PDF, or even a photograph of one. Every record comes back inside that document, with your styles, headings, tables, headers, footer and logo kept. Quickler reads a finished report rather than a blank form, so it can tell your standing wording from one visit's facts.

Your bill

You pay for who worked, not who is licensed

£50 per active user a month, billed monthly in arrears by UK Direct Debit, with no annual commitment and no setup fee. TrueContext's entry tier is 400 US dollars a month billed annually, which is an up-front year. A 30-person team with 5 regular inspectors pays Quickler £250 a month and can stop whenever it likes.

Your team

Nothing to install, nothing to learn

They answer in the WhatsApp already on their phone, or Telegram, chosen per person. No app, no login, no training, no adoption problem. Voice notes are transcribed, thick accents and your trade's words included.

The honest version

TrueContext is an enterprise tool and a good one.

We are not going to pretend TrueContext is weak. It has been doing this since it was ProntoForms, and it shows: guided workflows, genuine offline working, dispatching, conditional logic, and output as PDF, DOCX or XLSX. Where it really earns its price is integration. Salesforce, ServiceNow and the rest connect properly, so a completed job can update the system of record without anybody retyping it. If your inspections have to land inside ServiceNow, TrueContext is built for exactly that and Quickler is not.

The alternatives

Your main options.

TrueContext, formerly ProntoForms

Deep enterprise integration with Salesforce and ServiceNow, guided offline workflows, dispatching. From $400 a month billed annually. The right call when inspections must land inside an enterprise system of record.

Familiar and free, but illegible, unsearchable, and impossible to produce when a regulator or a client asks.

Quickler

Nothing to install, no login. The check arrives in the worker's existing WhatsApp chat, and your own report comes back filled in. £50 per active user a month, dormant users free.

TrueContext is the platform that used to be called ProntoForms. If you are looking for a TrueContext alternative UK firms can buy without an annual commitment, that is usually the reason.

Here is a fair comparison, including where TrueContext is clearly the better tool.

The short version

  • TrueContext is the platform formerly known as ProntoForms. Same product, new name.
  • It is a genuinely capable enterprise tool: guided offline workflows, dispatching, conditional logic, output as PDF, DOCX or XLSX.
  • Its real strength is integration with Salesforce, ServiceNow and similar systems of record.
  • The published entry tier is $400 a month for the team, billed annually. Higher tiers are quote-only.
  • That means a year's commitment before you know whether your team will use it.
  • Quickler publishes one price, bills monthly with no commitment, runs in WhatsApp and fills in your own report template.
  • If inspections must land inside an enterprise system of record, TrueContext is the right tool and Quickler is not.

Credit where due

What TrueContext does well

We are not going to pretend TrueContext is weak. It has been doing this since it was ProntoForms, and it shows: guided workflows, genuine offline working, dispatching, conditional logic, and output as PDF, DOCX or XLSX. Where it really earns its price is integration. Salesforce, ServiceNow and the rest connect properly, so a completed job can update the system of record without anybody retyping it. If your inspections have to land inside ServiceNow, TrueContext is built for exactly that and Quickler is not.

The one catch

Annual commitment, and a quote you have to ask for

TrueContext's published entry point is the Digital tier at 400 US dollars a month for the whole team, billed annually. The two tiers above it, Intelligent and Elite, are custom priced. Their own page is explicit that this is not a per-user-per-month tool and that pricing depends on organisation size and operational complexity.

That is a reasonable enterprise model and we are not calling it unfair. But it has two consequences for a smaller UK firm. You commit for a year before you know whether your team will use it. And you cannot compare the cost against anything without a sales conversation first.

Then the usual catch: it is an app each worker installs and logs into. For teams out on jobs, that is where adoption goes.
